Reply STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford man has been arrested in connection with the robbery of Milford Bank on Main Street in Stratford last month, according to the Connecticut Post. The Post reports Scott Watkins, 41, is also suspected of robbing banks in Milford and Woodbridge and could be charged soon in those cases. Police said several witnesses identified Watkins as the suspect by citing what they described as his 'creepy eyes,' according to the Post.
