I ordered a part on Amazon only to never get it. After a week of “shipping in transit” I find that it still has never shipped. It was a hydraulic line for the suspension that made it undrivable. I wasted two weeks. I ordered the part again from FCP with expedited shipping expecting to wait and it was here in two days. Exactly what I needed and perfect. Thanks! I always picked FCP Euro because of the low prices, quick order processing, and the free shipping on orders over $49 that arrives at my home in NH within 3-5 days of me placing an order. Recently I discovered they have great customer service as well. I had ordered an item off the website that said it fit my car, it did not. They confirmed it was an error in their catalog after checking the manufactures website and processed the return. They were able to set me up with the correct part shipped to my door and because it was their error FCP Euro covered free return shipping on the item and the core I was sending back as well. I have spent many hundreds of dollars on maintenance and performance parts through them and it is great to know that when I have an issue I will be taken care of. Great experience over all.
