I went to Footstar with high hopes for an effective treatment for my chronic plantar fasciitis . I was recommended to purchase 3 sets of custom orthotics for all of my shoes . ( work boots , sneakers , dress shoes ). After getting my feet scanned and measured for the orthotics , I picked them up a week later . I wore them for a while and my feet got worse . I took them back to The Milford store because they said they would “adjust” them . After months of wearing them my feet are no better . Save your money and buy inexpensive store bought orthotics . They are much better . I wasted $1500 . Don’t make the same mistake.
