Had a very bad experience trying to make a simple appt here in this Milford office. A lady named Annie would not help set the appt and navigate through their registration process. She was unmovable & bureaucratic. I didn’t have the order paperwork with me but it had been faxed to their office, and even if they had not received it, they could still give you an appointment slot to reserve the time. She gave me every excuse in the book to not set up an appointment and said the first available was two months into the future (though I didn’t believe her). Then I called the Stratford Rehabilitation Associates office and they did everything for me that Annie wouldn’t do. It was like night & day. In two minutes, they had set up 3 appointments for me, called the diagnosing physician for the diagnosis sheet and treated me respectfully. The Stratford facility rocks, but not this one Milford.
