A convenience store in Milford was the purchase point for a lucky Powerball ticket worth $1 million to an Enfield resident. (Renee Schiavone/Patch) ENFIELD, CT — A Powerball player from the northern part of Connecticut cashed in a $1 million ticket purchased at the opposite end of the state. The winner, an Enfield resident who opted to remain anonymous, bought the lucky ticket at the Wheels convenience store in Milford. The winnings were claimed Monday, according to the CT Lottery website . The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
